SEALCOATING
We use top quality sealer with clean graded silica sand and a viscosity modifier to keep the sand uniformly distributed while applying the seal.
CRACK FILL
All cracks 1/4" or larger will be cleaned and filled with hot pour crack filler.
LINE STRIPING
All parking facilities will be cleaned of loose debris prior to striping. Parking facility will be striped either to match existing layout and color schemes, or to customer's specifications.
ASPHALT PATCHING
All areas that need patched will be cleaned of all loose debris and tacked with a coat of emulsion to ensure proper adhesion of new asphalt. New asphalt will be gutter sealed to ensure a lasting finished product.
CONCRETE SEALING
All concrete/block surfaces will be cleaned thoroughly before application of recommended concrete sealer.
